The Mosaic Classroom Project assists teachers in fostering a peaceful, inclusive classroom culture that embraces the unique perspective of each student. Through film, storytelling, “gametivities”, music, and discussions, the program introduces students to The Mosaic Project’s core themes of Diversity, Empathy, Assertiveness, Conflict Resolution, and Be a Peacemaker.
The Mosaic Classroom Project brings the magic and teachings of our Outdoor Project to 4th and 5th grade classrooms anywhere in the world. With 16 sequential lessons between 20-60 minutes in length, the program allows teachers to adapt pacing to fit their classroom needs, ensuring deeper engagement and better concept retention throughout the school year. The Classroom Project offers plug-and-play materials including lesson slide decks complete with instructional and documentary videos, Mosaic’s original music, accompanying student and teacher guides, and supplemental resources.

Our core themes—Celebrating Differences, Fostering Empathy, Communicating Assertively, and Resolving Conflict—are designed to empower students with the skills and mindset necessary to become effective peacemakers in their schools, homes, and communities. Through the lesson progression, your students will:

Program Elements
The Mosaic Classroom Project program consists of 16 sequential lessons for 4/5th grade classes in plug-and-play slide decks with interactive elements. Each lesson features documentary films, instructional videos, an original song, interactive “gametivities” (games and activities), and a discussion guide, ensuring students and teachers can effortlessly engage with the content.
